Abstract
The research on the dehydration of cyclohexanol to prepare cyclohexene using phosphotungstic acid as catalyst is made. The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows:the mass ratio of catalyst to cyclohexanol is 1%, the reaction is carried out at a temperature range (oil bath) of 190~200℃ and the reaction time is 1 hour. The conversion rate can reach more than 89.1%, the product purity is 97.4% and the catalyst can be reused.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
