Evolvement of Labor Division and Transportation Development

Abstract

This paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of the evolvement in labor division and transportation development by which it describes the historical stages of transportation development.Transportation occupies a foundation place of economy and its development which is an endogenous result of the evolution in labor division reduces transportation cost,enlarges capacity of the market and furthermore promotes the evolvement of labor division.So the interaction of the labor division and transportation promotes the long-run development of economy.
