Abstract
Starting from the concept and connotation of work-integrated-learning,pointing out the current problems in the talent- training mode of higher vocational Business Japanese,the paper is putted forward that establishing school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism、building a competency-basedtalent cultivation positioning and modular curriculum、using integration of multiple teaching methods and means、building practicing teaching platform of simulation training + off campus internships 、setting up double-type teachers 、constructing multivariate evaluation system and other work-integrated-learning talent-training mode optimization strategies,in order to cultivate high skilled higher vocational Business Japanese talents.
