Exploration on School-enterprise Cooperation Ways of Highly Skilled Talent Training Mode——Based on Three-in-one Mode

Research and exploration of the talent training mode of higher vocational education is a systematic project,which requires the long-term study of vocational education workers and continuous practice of higher vocational colleges to become mature and sound.Therefore,based on the analysis of the problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education and the reasons,this paper puts forward the work-study method that is based on school-enterprise cooperation and talent training efficiency oriented,and explores three-in-one talent mode in which government coordinates,colleges play the key part and enterprises participate in order to provide a method for the talent training mode of higher vocational education.
