Abstract
The exploration of U.S.human resource management has always been the forefront in the world. After the financial crisis,there have been some new changes on U.S.human resource management.Based on the analysis of the development process of U.S.human resource management,this paper analyzes the characteristics of its talent development,describes the development and changes of U.S.human resource management from the use of human resource management,content and degree of attention to social responsibility and some other aspects,and then in accordance with China's human resources development environment, we come to some enlightenments,with a view to be helpful for the establishment of better human resource management with Chinese characteristics.
