Abstract

The development of human resource management has progressed in past half century,and great change has taken place in its connotation.For realizing the maximum benefit of human resource management and promoting the real- ization of organization objectives,it is important to analyze the characteristics of modem social human resource and the situation faced by human resource management,and to make out the strategies of human resource management.
