Abstract

Objective To observe the preemptive analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil on post-operation pain relief. Methods Sixty patients(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ)were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in groupⅠ(n=30) received intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg 15 min before surgery.Patients in groupⅡ(n=30)received intravenous injection of normal saline 20 ml respectively.Postoperative analgesia efficacy was assessed by Visual analog scales(VAS) at 4,8,12 and 24 h after surgery.Butorphanol dosage were recorded 24 h after surgery. Results VAS were lower in the groupⅠat 4,8,12 h(P0.05)compared with that in groupⅡ.Butorphanol dosage was significantly less in groupⅠ [(5.7±0.5)mg]than that in groupⅡ[(6.0±0.5)mg]. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can produce preemptive effect, reduce the butorphanol dosage, and lead to higher analgesic quality.
