Abstract

The blending of Xiangquan mixed-flavor liqu or and Luzhou-flavor liquor according to adequate proportion could effectively improve Luzhou-flavor liquor quality. The produced liquor had elegant and soft and clean taste with the characteristics of both elegant-type liquor and Luzhou-flavor liquor, which met consumers' requirements and won the market. Besides, it could guide liquor body design and liquor blending, which expanded liquor all-around development space.
