Abstract

Objective To study the effects of telmisartan and benazepri on patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN),so as to provide the rationality of clinical medication. Methods In this study 80 patients with DN were randomly divided into three groups:group A received telmisartan, group B telmisartan combine benazepri for 3 months.Scr,HbA1c and Total urinary albumin excretion serumwere observe. Results There were significant differences(P0.05) among these two groups protein after treatment. There are lower levels of Scr,HbA1c and total urinary albumin in combine group than the other group. Conclusion Losartan combined with captopril was more effective and rational in treating patients with early DN without side effec.
