The Insurance Major of Market-Oriented Talents Training Mode of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

As the quick development of insurance industry nowadays,its talents’ demand is more and more.In the near future,the contradiction between supply and demand will become serious.In order to train talents for insurance industry,higher vocational education should be market-oriented with the vocational quality and technical capacity as the main line,making a reasonable teaching plan and establishing a scientific theory and a practical teaching system.The teaching method based on ability should be adopted for adapting to the industrial talents’ demand.
