Exploration and Practice on Talents Training of Finance and Insurance Major of Higher Vocational Education

According to the orientation of talents training objective of higher vocational education and the current situation of talents training of finance and insurance major; combining the construction practice of provincial teaching reform experimental unit major, the author of this paper discuses the concrete measures to design talents training scheme of finance and insurance major from aspects of making good talents demand investigation, constructing theoretical course system, setting up practical teaching system, reforming teaching method and assessing method, and cooperating with enterprises.
