Abstract

Objective:To analyze the inhalation allergens and therapy of Rhinallergosis in PLA garrisoned troops in western Inner Mongolia. Methods:Using a specific inhalation allergen in vitro testing kit (IVT701) of ASI Co.,we detected 115 cases in PLA garrisoned troops in western Inner Mongolia. Results:The total serum immunoglobulin E (Ig E) were all positive in the subjects.96 cases(83.48%) had positive reaction to the specific detection allergen of the kit; 46 (40.00%) were tested positive to one allergen; 29(25.22%) to 2 allergens; 16(13.91%) to 3 and 5(4.35%)to 4.Artemisia and pollen of mugwort ranked on top of the allergens. Conclusion:The autumn allergen in western Inner Mongolia are mainly Artemisia and pollen of mugwort including dust mites or flour mites. It is of significance to direct the specific immunotherapy for the sufferers.
