Abstract
[Objective]To retrospectively analyze the inhalation allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis in outpatient department of People's Hospital Affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical College, provide the theoretical basis for disease control and prevention.[Methods]During July to September in 2008,2009 and 2010,420 outpatients with allergic rhinitis were given the intradermal tests of 13 standardized inhalation allergens, and the features of allergens spectrum were analyzed.[Results]The positive detection rate of Artemisia pollen(67.85%) was the highest, followed up by summer-autumn pollen(66.66%),late spring pollen(42.38%),house dust(42.38%),moths(41.66%),pillow materials(36.42%),cotton(35.95%) and so on.There was no significant difference in positive detection rates of inhalation allergens among difference years.[Conclusion]Each patient is not detected in a single allergen. The most common pathogenic factor is inhaled pollen, followed by the inhaled allergens and insect allergens in the home environment.Understanding the types and features of allergens can help early diagnosis and prevention of disease.
