Abstract

Objective To detect the serum cystatin(CysC) levels to investigate the renal dysfunction and renal injury in the early diagnosis of value. Methods 150 patients with different degree of renal disease by glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) in the observation group were divided into four groups,100 cases of healthy subjects as control group, with a scattering of particles to enhance the immune turbidimetric method cystatin C level and serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(Bun),urine creatinine(Ucr) and calculate the eGFR.Results With the decline in eGFR,measured values ere Cystatin.(1.25±0.16)mg/L,(1.51±0.19)mg/L,(2.52±0.21)mg/L,(5.18±0.23)mg/L.Difference was statistically significant, while the glomerular filtration rate greater than 50mL/min only cystatin increased. Conclusion Serum cystatin C reflects a sensitive indicator of renal dysfunction in clinical applications, better than the blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance test, while the progression of renal disease patients with a positive correlation.
