Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ligustrazine on the changes of the endotoxin(ET) in the plasma,thromboxane(TXA2) ,prostacyclin(PGI2) and oxygen free radical(OFR) of the renal of renal injury in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 144 SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=48) ,pancreatitis group(n=48) ,and treatment group(n=48) .Control group:Open rats abdomen and only tipping intestinal canal;pancreatitis group was induced by retrograde injection of 3.5% Sodium Taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct. All rats were sacrificed after the SAP model had been produced at 3,6,12 hours. The rats blood was drawn from abdominal aorta and detected the concentrations of the ET in the plasma, blood serumurea nitrogen(BUN) ,creatinine(Cr) ,TXA2,PGI2,and the OFR of the renal.Pathologic change of kidney and pancreas were observed under light microscope. Results:The concentrations of ET,BUN,Cr,TXA2,and malonaldehyde(MDA) were higher in pancreatitis group than that in control group.Pathological lesion were server in pancreatitis Group. The concentrations were lower obviously in treatment group, and Pathological lesion were relieved. Conclusion:The ligustrazine has the effects on protecting the SAP renal injury.
