Abstract
As an effective way to the establishment of institutional ethics,the institution and legalization of morality has its own historical necessity and realistic feasibility.Enhancing the establishment of institutional ethics involves application of relevant effective measures,improved moral norms and upgrade moral legislation,and meanwhile restricting the institutionalization and legalization of morality within an appropriate extent.
