Abstract
The moral legalization refers to transforming the certain society's ethics principle and the moral request or the stipulation as the legal system in the moral reconstruction.This article,with the aid of moral legalization theories and practices in ancient and modern China and abroad morals legalization theory and the practice,analyzes the limitation of the moral legalization.
