Abstract

The disadvantaged group is a challenging element for the prudent development of the society,the implementation of the public sport and the construction of the harmonious society.Due to the economic and political disadvantages,the disadvantaged group is deprived of the opportunity to have sports exercise.The paper discusses the appearance of the disadvantaged group and its influence on the social development so as to provide references for promoting the construction of steady,secure and rightful society.
