Research on Physical Building of the Disadvantaged Group in China under the Perspective of Constructing Harmonious Community

Adopting the methods of documentary and so on,the author explores the necessity and importance of concerning the physical building of the disadvantaged group in the hot topic of constructing 'harmonious society' in China,and further analyzes the factors that restricting the disadvantaged group participate all nation people exercise,and some pertinence developing strategy are proposed bases on actual situation.
