The issue for the physical care of the social disadvantaged group during the construction of a harmonious society

The authors analyzed the social disadvantaged group in China and the current status of nationwide physical care,and probed into the necessity to concern the physical care of the social disadvantaged during the current construction of a harmonious society in China,indicated that concerning the physical care of the social disadvantaged group is the intrinsic requirement,precondition and important assurance for constructing a harmonious society,and put forward action-specific development strategy based on actual situation.
