Abstract
Objective:To sutdy the molecular mechanism of treatment by Chinese herbs on the hepatic fibrosis of rats. Methods:Hepatic fibrosis model of rats were established with CCL_4.Then the rats were divided into control, model and Chinese herbs treated groups. The elevel of ALR mRNA expression, biochemical and hepatic fibrosis paparmeters were observed from different groups. Results:The concentrations of ALT、AST、A/G、HA、LN、PLD and PCⅢ in serum are 1.model group higher than control (P0.01),2.Chinese herbs treated group lower than model group(P0.01).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
