Analysis on Problems of Preschool Teachers' Education from the Perspective of Teachers' Professionalization

Preschool education is an important part of basic education whose quality is directly related to not only the comprehensive physical and psychological growth of infants but also the quality of basic education.The key to enhance the quality of preschool education is to improve the professional level of preschool teachers and build a team of preschool teachers with high quality.At present there exist a lot of problems in preschool teachers ' education,therefore an educational system of preschool teachers should be constructed as soon as possible to promote teachers' professional development.
