Construction of Teachers and Guidance Strategy in Rural Preschool Education

Rural preschool teachers is one of important factors in development of rural pre-school education. Because of rural realities,summarized problems that rural preschool teachers is existing.Such as rural preschool teachers' professional quality and structure is not qualified, status of teachers' is not recognized, poor stability and management of teachers, in-service training system is not perfect ,these worried problems are waiting.For this,based on the current development of preschool education in several opinions file, author proposed to solve these problems.According to improving rural preschool teachers' professional quality, strengthening teachers' qualification system, improving teachers' professional level, carrying out legal status and treatment of teachers , establishing preschool teachers training system and so on, to promote rural preschool education teachers,and then accelerate development of rural preschool education.
