The approaches of transferring rural surplus labor force in agricultural industrialization:Perspective based on an analysis of farmers specialized cooperatives

Using documental and comparative analysis,the approaches of transferring rural surplus labor force based on the farmers specialized cooperatives will be discussed.Studies have showed that urbanization is the principle direction of the transferring of rural surplus labor force,but the unemployment of migrant workers which is a result of financial crisis made the rural surplus labor force transferred from rural to urban areas much more difficult.Under this condition,agricultural industrialization is a basic method of transferring the local rural surplus force.Farmers specialized cooperative,the main organization forms of agricultural industrialization,is a perfect carrier of transferring rural surplus force.
