Abstract
Rutin was extracted from the buckwheat rice with the ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and the volume fraction of ethanol,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio was chosen as main factors in orthogonal test and orthogonal test.By the range analysis,variance analysis and multiple comparison the result showed that the best conditions were ultrasonic power of 150 W,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶10(m∶V),the volume fraction of 60% ethanol and ultrasonic time of 20 min was the best extraction condition.The maximum extraction ratio was 0.747 9% above the parameters.
