Abstract
【Objective】Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of rutin was optimized from the old stems of asparagus in order to provide references for production application of extracting rutin using ultrasonic.【Method】Effects of temperature, time, and concentration on extraction rate were experimented, and optimum parameters for rutin extraction were obtained using orthogonal design.【Result】Optimal parameters of ultrasonic-assisted extraction were as follows:the ultrasonic power 90 W,ethanol concentration 60%,optimum temperature 80℃,and the ratio of material to liquid 1:25(g/mL).Under the best conditions, extraction rate of rutin was 4.53%,the average recovery rate 99.53-100.48%,and coefficient of variation was 1.36%.【Conclusion】Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was workable because of the high recovery rate and good precision.
