Abstract
We focused our attention on the extraction of flavonoids from corn with ultrasonic. The total flavonoid was determined via the spectrophotometry method at 510 nm with rutin as the standard. The influences of the ethanol concentration, the ratio of solid and liquid, the ultrasonic time, the ultrasonic power and the ultrasonic temperature on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The L9(34)orthiogonal experiment result of extraction of flavonoids form corn with ultrasonic showed that the optimum reaction condition was: ultrasonic time 50 min, ethanol concertration 75 %,the ratio of solid and liquid 1:25,ultrasonic power 400 W.The best extraction content of flavonoids was 10.635 mg/g.
