Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the plant regeneration induced from calli and regeneration system from rootstock in vitro.[Method]Vitis riparia and Vitis amurensis × Vitis riparia were used as experiment materials. Using the methods of comparation and positive cross experiment the best explant and the most suitable medium were studied. [Result]The best explant of leaf, petiole stock, stem, root was petiole stock. The most suitable medium for regeneration was MS + 6-BA 3. 0 mg / L + NAA 0. 05 mg / L,and the rate of regeneration was 6. 25%. MS +TDZ 3. 0 mg / L + IAA 0. 05 mg / L also could induce the bud germination, and the rate of regeneration was 2. 5%. [Conclusion] Regeneration system of rootstock was established.
