The Clinical Observation of Aerosol Inhaled Budesonide on Suspension the Young Child With Acute Asthma Attack

Abstract

Objective To evaluate budesonide inhalation suspension aerosol treatment of pediatric patients with acute asthma attack results.Methods 100 patients with acute asthma attack were randomized after admission:50 cases for the observation group,50 cases as control group.Observation group received budesonide aerosol suspension per 1mL(containing budesonide 0.5mg) plus saline to 2mL,2 times a day through the air compression pump inhalation;control group,accompanied by drum-priming Shu inhaled budesonide aerosol per day 400~800μg,2 times,inhalation therapy.Results Observation group,the total effective rate was 96.00% higher than that of the total effective rate was 82.00%,statistically significant(P0.01).Two groups of nebulized bronchodilators in some patients,when both the hand shake,muscle trembling,irritability and other symptoms,were characterized by withdrawal symptoms following;two groups were no other significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Budesonide inhalation suspension aerosol treatment of acute asthma attacks more effective than use of auxiliary tools inhaled budesonide aerosol,and easy to use,without any special tie,medication compliance is high,there is no gas propellant fluorine Lyon,side effects,could suggest the clinical further applying.
