Abstract
Objective:The traditional Citrus DNA extraction method used for AFLP analysis to get a more effective and efficient one has been adjusted. Methods:The genomic DNA samples of the accessions(fresh and clean leaves)using modified method were extracted, then electrophoresed with 0.8% gelose, finally followed AFLP operation. Results:The more clear AFLP fingerprint has been got.The result showed the DNA extracted by the method reach the quality AFLP requested, besides it is more effective and efficient.
