Abstract
The low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent BAYLAN NT 02 was applied to dye the wool fibers with acid yellow 3G and wool dyeing reactive red 3B. This experiment discussed the dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing properties of wool. The effects of BAYLAN NT 02 on dyeing percentage and kinetics of dyed wool fabric were analyzed. It was found that, the dyeing percentage of wool fabrics increased with the increasing of dyeing temperature and dyeing time, and the half time of dyeing t 1 /2 decreased with the increasing of BAYLAN NT 02,the dyeing rate constant k increased with the increasing of BAYLAN NT 02. The experimental data showed that dyeing temperature and dosage of BAYLAN NT 02 have no effect on equilibrium adsorption.
