Abstract
Low-temperature dyeing auxiliary WLDCY-100 was used in low temperature dyeing of wool yarn.Dye-uptake was influenced by the dosege of WLDCY-100,pH value, the dyeing temperature, which were studied. The results showed that the WLDCY-100 agent markedly improved the wool fiber dyeing performance with acid dyes at 80 ℃.As to 2%(owf) acid dyes, optimum dyeing condition were temperature 80 ℃,time 45 min with low-temp dyeing auxiliary WLDCY-100 1%(owf),alcohol ethoxylate 0.5%(owf),pH value 4,bath ratio 1∶50.Color fastness to washing of the low-temp dyeing of wool yarn with WLDCY-100 was the same as boiling dyeing.Color fastness to rubbing was lower than the traditional process, since the low-temp dyeing process was lack of washing.
