Abstract

The explant originated from lateral bud of dendranthema morifolum was sterilized in surface by the double sterilizing method.The suitable medium for the tissue culture was selected according to the quantity of shoots reproduced.MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L is suitable for the lateral bud becoming clustered bud.The clustered bud was cultured continued on the medium of MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L.The shoots of 2~3 cm length were rooted and grow plants in the culturing medium of 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1mg/L.
