Abstract

Stem of Dendranthema morifolium were used as explant and cultured on different inducing, subculture and rooting mediums. The best mediums for inducing and subculture of cluster shoots, and for rooting were found to be MS + 6-BA 2 mg/l, MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/l + NAA 0.05 mg/l, and MS + NAA 0.1 mg/l, respectively.
