Abstract
The essay states that vocational education plays a very important role in our national educational system.It illustrates how to conduct the vocational education management and teaching from a very high position in the light of successful experiences of foreign vocational education.Furthermore,it puts forward some valuable suggestions on vocational education management and vocational colleges' teachings according to the author's own management and teaching experience in vocational education.
