Abstract

With the development of coal mining enterprises,human resource management issues are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper explores the human resources of coal mine enterprises facing the new challenge,put forward humanpower resource management system optimization,finally elaborated the coal enterprise human resources management to optimize the implementation steps.This paper studies on coal enterprises sustainable development strategy to provide reference.
