Abstract

Qingdao Steel's No.1 BF realized high-pulverized coal rate by the measures such as using the beneficiated material,improving oxygen enrichment,optimizing upper and lower operation system.The highest pulverized coal rate reached 200 kg/t.The smelting characteristics of high-pulverized coal rate are as follows:the hearth active and top gas temperature reducing,gas distribution being well organized,gas utilization rate increasing and comprehensive coke ratio decreasing.Replacement ratio reached 0.922 t/t.High pulverized coal rate is of remarkable economical benefits.
