Abstract
Pulverized coal injection is one of the important measures to reduce production cost of blast furnace ironmaking.In this text,the influence of oxygen enrichment and bituminous ratio on combustion rate of pulverized coal is investigated based on experiment of pulverized coal burning.The results show that the coal S2 is the best anthracite as injection.Combustion rate of pulverized coal is improved with the bituminous increased and oxygen enriched.When the proportion of S1 in the mixed coal of S1 and S2 was 67% and the oxygen enrichment percentage was 3%,the coal injection rate was increased by 37 kg/t(HM) than reference period.
