Abstract
University personnel file Management is an important part of the personnel work,and it is also the support of human resources development and utilization in University.However,many people do not fully understand the importance of personnel file management,which leads to the following problems: the archival material can not be complete and timely,some file managers are poor of professional quality,and lack of the necessary investment in hardware.Some measures should be taken,such as strengthening the rules and regulations,establishing and standardizing the work process,increasing the investment in hardware to speed up the construction of digital information archives,strengthening the professional training of file managers to further improve the management of university personnel files.
