Abstract
Low consumption demand increase becomes an obvious macro-economic problem in recent years in China, which is resulted from consumption power, motivity and environment together.Above all,the limited consumption power is due to the disaccord increase in resident income and GDP.Meanwhile, the increasing income gap brings about the unbalance consumption power allocation.Secondly, decreasing domestic consumption demand is influenced by other factors: the lag of constructing social security system, consumption credit institution, uncertainty of resident expectable income and expenditure, consumption habit, market supply structure and dissatisfaction with consumption environment.
