The international financial turmoil has led to a deterioration of export situation in china, our economy will be mainly promoted by domestic demand, especially domestic consumption demand.Although the total of domestic consumption demand is on rise currently, the increasing degree of consumption expenditure is lower than degree of GDP.Household consumption rate is continuously decreased, the consumption demand of urban and rural residents is unbalanced, and the disparity of that is enlarging year by year.The slow growth of resident income and the lasting enlargement of resident's income gap restrict the domestic consumption demand radically.It is necessary to adopt related policies and measures to speed up the growth rate of resident income and reduce the income gap.Only in this way can we solve the problems fundamentally.
