Abstract

Noctional compensation of spiritual damage is the legislation trend of many countries and districts in the world.But there is no stipulation on the compensation of relevant damage for money and material in National Compensa-tion Law of our country.To protect civil right effectively under the abuse of administrative power in our daily life,it is an inevitable goal to construct the compensation system of spiritual damage in our National Compensation Law.
