Abstract

Objective To study the pathogenesis, clinic features and treatment of multiple organic failure in acute paraquat poisoning.Methods According to the clinical manifest and curative effect,the clinical information was analyzed retrospectively in 102 cases of acute paraquat poisoning.Results Among of 102 cases,46 patients died, mortality rate was 44.1%.Conclusion With gastric lavage, catharsis and hemoperfusion as soon as possible can improve the success rate of treatment.
