Application and Nursing for Patients with Uremic Pruritus Cured by Hemodialysis and Hemoperfusion

Abstract
Objective Discuss the clinical effects of patients with uremic pruritus cured by hemodialysis and hemoperfusion.Methods Divided 40 patients with uremic pruritus into the observation group(20 cases) and(20 cases) randomly.Patients in the HD+HP group were treated with hemodialysis twice in a week,and hemodilysis combined with hemoperfusion once in a week for 12 weeks.The control group was treated with hemodialysis third in a week.Both sides giving easement nursing for groups.Results The total effective rate of skin itch in the observation group(80%)and in the control group(15%)(P0.01).Conclusions Hemodilysis combined with hemoperfusion can effectively improve the clinical effects of patients with uremic prurituds and application of easement nursing improve their quality of live.
