The Application and Nursing of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Patients with Uremia

Objective To observe the difference between hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis and pure hemodialysis in uremic toxin elimination and clinical symptom improvement for patients with uremia.Methods 42 patients with uremia were randomly divided into treatment group(hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis,20 cases) and control group(pure hemodialysis,22 cases).The patients in the treatment group were treated with hemoperfusion once every two weeks,with other treatments the same as those in the control group.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in uremic toxin elimination and clinical symptom improvement for patients with uremia.Conclusions Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can eliminate the uremic toxins more adequately and improve the patients' clinical symptoms more effectively,which is worthy of clinical application.
