Abstract

Objective To observe the ultrasonic images and the hemodynamic changing features of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with CDFI. Methods Sixty-one patients suspected as acute deep venous thrombosis were examined with CDFI to observe the venous diameter, echoes, and thromboplastic scopes blood flow. Results The vascular diameter in 61 patients became clearly wider than the normal one(P0.01). The color blood flow could not be observed in vascular cavity being partly blocked. The pulsing Doppler detected successive blood flow spectrum with low velocity at the segment being thrombosis partly, which changed a little with respiration. Conclusion The ultrasonic imaging and hemodynamic changing have characteristics in acute deep venous thrombosis, which provides more important information for clinic.
