Abstract
The best conditions for protoplast preparation and regeneration were studied on Trichoderma T23 strain. The course of releasing and regeneration of protoplast was observed. The optimal conditions for protoplast preparation of Trichoderma T23 strain were as follows:24 h mycelium growth time;the content of enzyme is 15 mg/mL;3~4 h reaction at 30~35 ℃.Trichoderma T23 strain releases protoplast through mycelium rupture. Two modes forming irregular outshoot were found to regulate regeneration of T23 protoplast.
