Abstract
In the new employment situation,the prospect of graduates' employment is not optimistic.The graduates often have certain psychological misunderstandings during their job hunting.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to strengthen the employment instruction for college graduates,lead them to set up right view of employment,strengthen policy guidance,adjust majors and reform teaching modes,etc.to solve the graduates' employment problems.
