Countermeasures of the Graduates' Psychological Problem in Obtaining Employment

Under the new circumstances, it is significant to strengthen the vocational guidance, improve students' psychological adjustment ability and build up a good employment mentality for that they might contribute to successful graduation, the following employment as well as the physical and intellectual integrity of graduates. Aimed at the existing psychological problems in the process of seeking employment of graduates, countermeasures and proposals were put forward on the papers from three respects , the psychological guidance of graduates' employment ,the service platform of graduates employment , as well as the employment market for graduates .
