Analysis on Application-oriented Talents Cultivation Majored in Plant Protection in Local Agriculture and Forestry Colleges

Aiming at the problems and causes of application-oriented talents cultivation majored in plant protection under the background of modern agriculture development,deeply interview and investigation was carried out on agriculture bureau and enterprises in cities and counties in Fujian Province,several countermeasures were put forward,such as making the talent training scheme according to the trend of agricultural development,strengthen the contact between practice teaching and the actual production,improve course teaching and so on,so as to explore gaps between applied talents training and development of agricultural enterprises.
